This is the web site of Xurxo Martínez, Spanish journalist and UW Alumni. I'm working at El Periódico de Cataluña.
When I grow up I want to prove that the most compelling and engaging communication strategies are those that implicate the audience, making them part of the process. And in order to create a great product is key to have all the players (Newsroom, Mkt, Technology, Product) working together.
I also want to create online pieces mixing text, video, audio, infographics, photos, and whatever media makes sense for the topic and the audience.
Favorite things. Dark chocolate, the sea, street art, cooking, listening to podcasts, wine, a movie theatre in the dark.
